Lucilin in Poland

United Instruments of Lucilin is pleased to have been invited by the I.J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań for a series of workshops and a concert on March 29th.

Olivier Sliepen, saxophonist, and Guy Frisch, percussionist of the ensemble, will lead workshops for young saxophonists and percussionists studying at the academy. They will also conduct a workshop with young composers on contemporary techniques for their instruments.

They will also present a duo concert, featuring a program that includes Multiplicity by Albena Petrovic, two new works by young Polish composers Ewa Fabiańska-Jelińska and Monika Kędziora, as well as pieces from the repertoire for saxophone and percussion.
